All sales are final.
Our items are one-of-a-kind preloved pieces. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns unless the item received is significantly different from its description.

2. Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.

• Include photos and your order number.

• We’ll review your case and may issue a store credit or replacement where applicable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Discounted or sale items

• Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
