1. Payment Methods

Since our website has limited payment methods, don’t worry, we can also accept payment through:

• Debit/Credit Cards

• Paypal

• Cash On Delivery

• Bank transfer

Just WhatsApp and inform us which payment method you are comfortable with.

2. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at checkout. For consignment or booking services, a small consignment fee of     RM 15 is required to secure your slot. The remaining balance must be paid before collection or delivery.

3. Booking Cancellation

For booked services (e.g., styling, pop-up rack space, or special listings):

• Cancellation within 24 hours of booking: eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellation after 24 hours: deposit will be forfeited.
